- Bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
- Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon

Steps
- Press the tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut it into bite-sized cubes.
- In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, Chinese five-spice powder, minced garlic, and minced ginger to create a marinade.
- Add the tofu cubes to the marinade and let it soak for at least 10 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated tofu to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until golden brown.
- Add the sliced bell pepper and julienned carrot to the skillet, stir-frying for an additional 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender yet crisp.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
