- Peanuts - 50 grams

- Chinese five-spice powder - 1 teaspoon
- Brown sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon (optional)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the almonds, cashews, pecans, and peanuts.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, Chinese five-spice powder, brown sugar, and salt until well combined.
- Pour the spice mixture over the nuts and mix well to coat all the nuts evenly.
