- Potatoes - 400 grams, diced

- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon, toasted
Steps
- Wash and peel the potatoes, then dice them into 2 cm cubes.
- In a pot of salted water, bring the diced potatoes to a boil and cook for about 10 minutes, or until just tender. Drain and set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the boiled potatoes to the skillet and sprinkle the five-spice powder, salt, and black pepper over them. Stir gently to coat the potatoes evenly.
- Cook the potatoes for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are golden and crispy on the outside.
- Add the soy sauce and chopped green onions to the skillet, tossing everything together for an additional 2-3 minutes.
