Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, five spice powder, minced garlic, grated ginger, lemon juice, black pepper, and chili flakes (if using).
- Add the lamb cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably 2 hours for deeper flavor.
