  • Chinese five spice powder - 1 tsp
  • Olive oil - 1 tbsp
  • Low-sodium soy sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Red bell pepper, thinly sliced - 50g
  • Green onions, chopped - 30g
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 100g
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped - 2 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tsp

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
