  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Cauliflower rice - 200 grams
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with five-spice powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the seasoned chicken pieces to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
