- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Garlic - 1 clove, minced
- Mixed salad greens - 100 grams
- Cucumber - 1, thinly sliced
- Carrot - 1, julienned
- Red bell pepper - 1, thinly sliced
- Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lime - 1, juiced

Steps
- In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, five-spice powder, grated ginger, and minced garlic. Mix well to create a marinade.
- Slice the beef sirloin into thin strips and add it to the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- While the beef is marinating, prepare the salad by combining the mixed greens, cucumber, carrot, red bell pepper, and cilantro in a large bowl.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated beef strips, cooking for about 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Remove the beef from the skillet and let it rest for a minute before adding it to the salad bowl.
- Drizzle the lime juice over the salad and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Toss gently to combine all ingredients.
- Serve immediately, garnishing with extra cilantro if desired.
