  • Green onion (chopped) - 2 stalks
  • Carrot (sliced) - 1 medium
  • Chinese cabbage (shredded) - 100 grams
  • Chicken or vegetable broth - 500 milliliters
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste
  • Cilantro (for garnish) - a handful

Steps

  1. In a food processor, combine the fish fillet, shrimp, fish sauce, ginger, and garlic. Blend until a smooth paste forms.
  2. Wet your hands and shape the fish mixture into small balls, about 2.5 cm in diameter.
