  • Spring onions - 2, chopped
  • Mushrooms (shiitake or button) - 100 grams, sliced
  • Chinese cabbage - 100 grams, chopped
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh cilantro - for garnish
  • Red chili (optional) - 1, sliced

Steps

  1. Begin by cutting the fish fillets into bite-sized pieces and the tofu into cubes.
  2. In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat and sauté the garlic and grated ginger until fragrant.
