- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
- Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon

Steps
- Begin by preparing the eggplant: slice it lengthwise into thin strips, then cut those strips into noodle-like shapes.
