- Spring onion - 2 stalks, chopped

Steps
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
