Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, soy sauce, and black pepper until well combined.
- Heat sesame oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the green onions, mushrooms, and bell pepper, and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until softened.
