  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Cheddar cheese - 100 grams, shredded
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Cornmeal - for dusting

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness, then transfer it to a baking tray dusted with cornmeal.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, chopped chives, sesame oil, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and cook gently, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are just set but still soft.
  5. Spread the cooked egg mixture evenly over the prepared pizza dough.
