- vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and salt. Gradually add the water, stirring until you have a smooth batter.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and add the chopped chives, black pepper, and sesame oil. Mix well.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.

- Carefully flip the pancake using a spatula and cook for an additional 2 minutes until both sides are golden brown.
- Remove from the pan and keep warm. Repeat the process with the remaining batter and egg mixture.
- Cut the pancakes into wedges and serve warm.
