  • all-purpose flour - 100 grams
  • water - 200 milliliters
  • large eggs - 2
  • chives - 30 grams, finely chopped
  • salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
  • sesame oil - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and salt. Gradually add the water, stirring until you have a smooth batter.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and add the chopped chives, black pepper, and sesame oil. Mix well.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Pour half of the batter into the pan, spreading it evenly. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the bottom is lightly golden.
  5. Pour half of the egg and chive mixture over the pancake, spreading it evenly. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the eggs are set.
  6. Carefully flip the pancake using a spatula and cook for an additional 2 minutes until both sides are golden brown.
  7. Remove from the pan and keep warm. Repeat the process with the remaining batter and egg mixture.
  8. Cut the pancakes into wedges and serve warm.
