  • Chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Toasted sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Tofu (firm) - 100 grams, cubed
  • Green onion - 1 stalk, chopped
  • Salt - to taste

Steps

  1. Rinse the green beans under cold water and trim the ends.
  2. In a pan over medium heat, add the sesame oil and tofu cubes, frying until golden brown on all sides, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic and ginger to the pan and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the green beans to the pan and stir-fry for about 5 minutes until they begin to blister and soften slightly.
