Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 250 grams
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Shiitake mushrooms - 100 grams, sliced
  • Bell pepper - 1 small, diced
  • Carrot - 1 small, julienned
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
  • Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Black sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat and add minced garlic and grated ginger. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced shiitake mushrooms, diced bell pepper, and julienned carrot to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  4. Pour in the soy sauce and mix well. Remove from heat and stir in chopped green onions and cilantro.
  5. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
  6. Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Spread the sautéed vegetable mixture evenly over the pizza crust.
  8. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the vegetables.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
