- Shiitake mushrooms - 100 grams, sliced
- Bell pepper - 1 small, diced
- Carrot - 1 small, julienned
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
- Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Black sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat and add minced garlic and grated ginger. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the sliced shiitake mushrooms, diced bell pepper, and julienned carrot to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Pour in the soy sauce and mix well. Remove from heat and stir in chopped green onions and cilantro.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
- Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the sautéed vegetable mixture evenly over the pizza crust.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the vegetables.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle with black sesame seeds, and let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
