- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Spring onions - 2, finely chopped
- Cucumber - 1 small, julienned
- Carrot - 1 small, julienned
- Toasted sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh cilantro - a handful, chopped

Steps
- Cook the whole wheat noodles according to the package instructions in boiling water. Drain and set aside.
