Ingredients

  • All-purpose flour - 100 grams
  • Water - 250 ml
  • Eggs - 2 large
  • Green onion - 2 stalks, finely chopped
  • Carrot - 1 small, grated
  • Bell pepper - 1/2, diced
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil - for frying

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, water, salt, and black pepper to form a smooth batter.
  2. Add the eggs to the batter and whisk until well-blended.
  3. Stir in the chopped green onion, grated carrot, and diced bell pepper into the batter.
  4. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and add a little vegetable oil.
  5. Pour a ladleful of the batter into the pan, swirling to coat the bottom evenly. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until the edges start to lift.
  6. Carefully flip the crepe and cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Remove the crepe and keep it warm. Repeat with the remaining batter, adding more oil as needed.
  8. Drizzle soy sauce and sesame oil over each crepe before serving, and roll them up or fold them as desired.
