  • Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Chopped green onions - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable broth - 100 milliliters
  • Broccoli florets - 100 grams
  • Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
  • Bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the sesame oil, soy sauce, maple syrup, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Add the cooked noodles to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
  5. In another bowl, combine the broccoli, carrot, and bell pepper, then add them to the noodles and mix well.
