- Vegetable broth - 100 milliliters
- Broccoli florets - 100 grams
- Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
- Bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix together the sesame oil, soy sauce, maple syrup, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red pepper flakes.
- Add the cooked noodles to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
- In another bowl, combine the broccoli, carrot, and bell pepper, then add them to the noodles and mix well.

- Sprinkle the chopped green onions and sesame seeds evenly on top.
