- Coconut milk - 200 milliliters
- Curry powder - 2 tablespoons

Steps
- Press the tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut it into bite-sized cubes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
- Stir in the minced garlic and ginger, and cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

- Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer and cook for another 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and the sauce to thicken.
