  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, minced
  • Bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Onion - 1 small, sliced
  • Carrot - 1 small, julienned
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon

  • Spring onions - 2, chopped for garnish

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine the sliced lamb with ground cumin, salt, and black pepper. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
