- Bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
- Onion - 1 small, sliced
- Carrot - 1 small, julienned
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon

- Spring onions - 2, chopped for garnish
Steps
- In a bowl, combine the sliced lamb with ground cumin, salt, and black pepper. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
