  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh coriander - for garnish

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine ground cumin, ground coriander, garlic powder, ginger powder, soy sauce, sesame oil, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
