Ingredients
- Beef sirloin - 300 grams, cut into 2.5 cm cubes
- Cumin seeds - 1 tablespoon, toasted and crushed
- Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
- Chili powder - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, minced
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Honey - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cumin seeds, ground coriander, chili powder, minced garlic, minced ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Add the beef cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated. Cover the bowl and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes (or up to 2 hours for more flavor).
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated beef cubes onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece for even cooking.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is nicely charred and cooked to your desired doneness.
- Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
