  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Tomato sauce - 3 tablespoons

  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until translucent.

  4. Stir in the soy sauce and tomato sauce, mixing well. Remove from heat and set aside.
  5. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness, then transfer it to a pizza stone or baking sheet.

  7. Top with sliced bell pepper and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  9. Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped green onions, slice, and serve hot.
