- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons (for frying)

Steps
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the cooked noodles to the pan and fry them until they become golden and crispy, about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add a little more oil if necessary, then add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

- Return the crispy noodles to the pan with the vegetables, then add soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through, about 2 minutes.
