- Cornstarch - 2 tablespoons

- Mixed salad greens - 100 grams
- Cucumber - 1 medium, sliced
- Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
- Red bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Maple syrup - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Press the tofu between two plates with a weight for at least 15 minutes to remove excess moisture.
