Steps
- Drain the silken tofu and gently press it between paper towels to remove excess moisture for about 10 minutes.
- Cut the tofu into 1-inch cubes and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix the cornstarch with a pinch of salt.
- Roll each tofu cube in the cornstarch mixture until fully coated.
- Heat vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the tofu cubes in batches for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
