Steps
- Press the firm tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut it into prawn-like shapes.
- In a bowl, mix the rice flour, cornstarch, chopped nori, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Gradually add water to the dry mixture, stirring until you have a thick batter.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
