- Snow peas - 100 grams, trimmed
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced

- Gluten-free soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon, toasted
Steps
- Press the tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut it into bite-sized cubes.
- In a bowl, toss the tofu cubes with cornstarch until evenly coated.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the tofu cubes to the skillet in a single layer and fry for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden and crispy. Remove tofu and set aside.
