Steps

  1. Peel and grate the taro root into a large bowl, then add salt and let it sit for 10 minutes to release excess moisture.
  2. Rinse the grated taro under cold water and drain well, then mix in the all-purpose flour and water to form a dough.
  3. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
