  • Green onions - 2 tablespoons, finely chopped
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Cornstarch - 3 tablespoons
  • Panko bread crumbs - 1/2 cup
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked jasmine rice, ground chicken, egg, chopped green onions, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into small balls, about the size of a golf ball, and place them on a plate.
  3. Coat each rice ball in panko bread crumbs, ensuring they are evenly covered.
