- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon

Steps
- Preheat your oven to 120°C (250°F).
- Rinse the pork skin under cold water and pat it dry with paper towels.
- Score the pork skin with a sharp knife in a crosshatch pattern, being careful not to cut into the meat.
- In a bowl, mix the salt, five-spice powder, garlic powder, and black pepper together.
- Rub the spice mixture evenly over the scored pork skin, making sure it gets into the cuts.
- Place the pork skin on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 30 minutes to render the fat.
- Remove from the oven and let the pork skin cool slightly before cutting it into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Once the oil is hot, fry the pork pieces in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-5 minutes.
- Remove the crispy pork rinds and drain on paper towels, then immediately drizzle with soy sauce while hot.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
