Ingredients

  • Nori sheets - 4 sheets
  • Coconut aminos - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Sea salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the coconut aminos, sesame oil, garlic powder, and sea salt.
  3. Place the nori sheets on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  4. Using a brush or spoon, lightly coat each nori sheet with the coconut aminos mixture.
  5. Sprinkle black sesame seeds evenly over the coated nori sheets.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the nori sheets are crispy and slightly golden.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes before breaking into pieces and serving.
