  • Diced bell pepper - 50 grams
  • Sliced mushrooms - 50 grams
  • Diced onion - 30 grams
  • Sliced black olives - 30 grams
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Fresh parsley - for garnish (optional)

Steps

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the cooked noodles and flatten them into a circular shape, frying until crispy and golden brown on the bottom (about 5-7 minutes).
  3. Carefully flip the noodle crust using a large spatula and cook the other side until crispy (another 5-7 minutes).
  4. Once both sides are crispy, transfer the noodle crust to a baking sheet.
