  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon

  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons (30ml)
  • Chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon (optional)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Using a spiralizer or a julienne peeler, create noodles from the zucchini and carrot.
