- Cornstarch - 50 grams
- Rice flour - 30 grams
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Vegetable oil - for brushing
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
