- Green onions - 2 stalks (chopped)
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps
- Press the tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut it into 2 cm cubes.
- In a bowl, mix the cornstarch with salt and black pepper.
- Coat each tofu cube in the cornstarch mixture, ensuring all sides are covered.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Once the oil is hot, add the tofu cubes in a single layer, frying for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
- Remove the fried tofu from the pan and place it on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and minced garlic to make the dipping sauce.
- Serve the crispy tofu hot, garnished with chopped green onions and accompanied by the dipping sauce.
