Ingredients

  • Ginger powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Coconut oil (for frying) - 200 ml

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, arrowroot powder, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. In another bowl, whisk the egg until it's frothy.
  3. Dip each shrimp into the egg, ensuring it's well-coated, then dredge in the flour mixture until fully covered.
  4. Heat coconut oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat until hot.
  5. Carefully place the coated shrimp in the hot oil, cooking in batches to avoid overcrowding, for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove the shrimp with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
