  • Frozen peas - 1/2 cup

  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Eggs - 2, beaten

Steps

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the diced carrots and bell pepper, cooking for about 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
