- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon

Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Gradually add water to the dry ingredients, whisking until a smooth batter forms.
- Pat the fish fillets dry with a paper towel, then dip each fillet into the batter, ensuring they are well coated.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat until hot.
- Carefully place the battered fish fillets into the hot oil and fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- In another pan, bring a small amount of water to a boil and blanch the broccoli florets for about 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.
