- Water - 100 ml
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon

- Black pepper - ½ teaspoon
- Panko breadcrumbs - 100 grams
- Vegetable oil (for frying) - 300 ml
- Corn tortillas - 4 small
- Cabbage (shredded) - 100 grams
- Carrots (grated) - 50 grams
- Cilantro (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
- Lime - 1 (for juice)
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Honey - 1 teaspoon
Steps
- In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the egg and add water and sesame oil, mixing well.
- Dip the fish fillets into the flour mixture, then the egg mixture, and finally coat them with panko breadcrumbs.
- In a pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully add the coated fish fillets and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
