Steps
- Cut the white fish fillets into sticks, roughly 1.5 cm wide.
- In a bowl, mix the almond flour, coconut flour, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and black pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs until fully combined.
- Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Dip each fish stick into the egg mixture, allowing excess to drip off, then coat with the flour mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Once the oil is hot, carefully place the coated fish sticks in the pan, frying in batches to avoid overcrowding.
- Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Transfer the cooked fish sticks to a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil.
