Ingredients

  • Duck breast - 300 grams

  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Wooden skewers - 4, soaked in water

Steps

  1. Slice the duck breast into thin strips, about 1 cm wide.
