- Cornstarch - 3 tablespoons
- Egg - 1 large, beaten

Steps
- In a bowl, combine the chicken pieces with salt, black pepper, and cornstarch. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly.
- Dip the coated chicken pieces into the beaten egg, ensuring they are fully covered.
