  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons

  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped (for garnish)

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine the chicken pieces with gluten-free soy sauce, black pepper, and salt. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. After marinating, toss the chicken with cornstarch until evenly coated.
  3. In a large pan or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
