Ingredients

  • Almond flour - 100g
  • Pork rinds, crushed - 50g

  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Eggs - 2 large
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Chili sauce (optional) - for dipping

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, soy sauce, and sesame oil until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, mix together the almond flour, crushed pork rinds, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Dip each cauliflower floret into the egg mixture, then coat thoroughly in the dry mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
  6. Place the coated cauliflower wings onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
