  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, freshly grated
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Arrowroot powder - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Green onions - 2, chopped (for garnish)

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix the sliced beef with arrowroot powder, coconut aminos, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated beef and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned and crispy. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add sesame oil and sauté the garlic and ginger for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until they are bright green and tender-crisp.
  5. Return the cooked beef to the skillet with the broccoli, tossing everything together. Adjust seasoning with additional coconut aminos, salt, and pepper as needed.
  6. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to heat through, then remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
