Ingredients

  • Ground beef - 300 grams
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Cabbage - 100 grams, finely shredded
  • Almond flour - 100 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Oil for frying - as needed

Steps

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil to the beef, stirring well to combine, and cook for another 3-5 minutes.
  3. Remove the skillet from heat and stir in chopped green onions and shredded cabbage. Mix well and set aside to cool slightly.
