- Red bell pepper (sliced) - 100 grams
- Spring onions (sliced) - 2 stalks
- Mixed salad greens - 100 grams
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste

Steps
- Slice the beef sirloin into thin strips and place in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create a marinade.
- Pour the marinade over the beef, ensuring all pieces are coated, and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- In another bowl, combine cornstarch with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
- Once marinated, take the beef strips and coat them evenly in the cornstarch mixture.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat until hot.
- Fry the coated beef strips in batches for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown and crispy, then transfer to a paper towel to drain excess oil.
- While the beef is frying, prepare the salad by combining the cucumber, carrot, red bell pepper, and spring onions in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the mixed salad greens to the bowl and toss gently to combine.
- Once the beef is ready, place it on top of the salad mixture, drizzle with additional sesame oil if desired, and serve immediately.
