Ingredients

  • Taro root - 300 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons

  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Peel the taro root and cut it into thin slices, about 5 mm thick.
